Why can't I log in to my LifeTrak account on my desktop computer?

Accounts on our website are for customers who have recently purchased a LifeTrak device to track order status and ship history. The log in you see on our website is for that purpose only, and is not linked to your LifeTrak app account. We do not currently have a web version of our app.
