My Bluetooth doesn’t seem to stay active (i.e. Bluetooth symbol at top left corner of tracker doesn’t appear as expected) – what is going on?

There are many possibilities, such as:

  1. You are out of range of your smartphone or tablet or there are numerous obstructions (e.g walls) between your Life Tracker and your smartphone or tablet.
  2. You have been away from from your smartphone or tablet for more than 3 hours and should now manually reconnect Bluetooth.
  3. Low battery. The “Low Batt” notice would have come up at some point. Bluetooth does not work properly under low battery condition.
