The LifeTrak app shows it is syncing but it appears to be making no progress (no number before the % sign). What can I do?

Exit or Force Quit the app, restart the app and try again. If this still does not work, then follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall app.
  2. Go into phone settings > click Bluetooth > unpair / forget any and all LifeTrak trackers listed > turn Bluetooth OFF.
  3. Unpair your watch by pressing the bottom right watch button until you see “Pair Info Removed”.
  4. Restart phone and then turn Bluetooth back on.
  5. Install LifeTrak app and try again.
